Love these guys!!! Came across them on Groupon when I realized I truly hate doing my own laundry and I was instantly hooked. Sometimes I could have same day service but never later than the following morning. Clothes were always well cared for and I swear came back brand new!  Highly recommend using their service if you want a little help in your daily life!!

The experience was seamless. The pickup and delivery was in at the start of the selected timeframe and saved us waiting. Clothes were clean and folded. The cost was really reasonable and cheaper than what we expected. All in all a really good experience and we will definitely use them again.

I no longer live in LG’s delivery zone (primarily north side, I believe), but feel I must say they are an absolutely top notch laundry service, with easy online scheduling and polite pick-up/drop-off employees. Most importantly – your clothes come back clean, washed to your specs (I can tell that they truly do this – as I have used other services that will just ignore your instructions entirely), expertly folded, and all of your rogue socks corralled! The ease of scheduling & great price-point makes this the *best* personal laundry service I have ever used in Chicago. Don’t even bother with another service if you live in LG’s service area!!
